Pricing for your intimate Moondance wedding:

Our prices do away with hidden costs: $2,993.00 plus tax and $10.00 per person for June through October weddings.

è     Two nights lodging for 5 couples in the Moondance Inn; all of our spacious guest rooms have private baths, two-person whirlpools, and central AC

è     Wine and appetizers for the 5 couples both Friday and Saturday

è     Gourmet breakfast on Saturday morning

è     Gourmet champagne breakfast Sunday morning

è     All tables and chairs for your wedding dinner

è     Silverware

è     Glassware

è     Table cloths

è     Napkins

è     Personnel to set up for your wedding dinner

We can provide you local resources for the following:

è     Local bakers

è     Justices of the peace

è     Tent rental

Catering:

The Moondance Inn has a commercial kitchen that allows caters to prepare fresh meals on site. We have a list of local caterers or you may bring your own caterer.  The catering service must be licensed by the State ofMinnesota and we need a copy of their food handler’s license. In some instances we can provide the catering services.

Bar Service:

You may provide your own beer, soft drinks, and hard alcohol. Purchasing of wine is through the Moondance Inn. You may choose your bartender. The Moondance Inn will provide coolers, tables, and glasses for your beverage service.

Our maximum capacity for outdoor weddings is 125 people and for indoor weddings 65 people. Weddings between November and May do not require a two night stay; as a result, for one night the price is $2,000 plus tax and $10.00 per person. Everything else remains the same.
