The Guesthouse is a self-catering property. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, all appliances, etc. but you must provide and prepare your own food. The Guesthouse will be clean and the beds made when you arrive. No other services are provided.

Guesthouse Next Door Contract

 The Guesthouse Next Door is a self-catering property. There is no cleaning or food service provided. There is no use of the Moondance Inn Bed and Breakfast. It is the renter’s responsibility to leave the home in the condition it was in upon arrival with the following exceptions:

1. Beds do not need to be re-made. Sheets will be washed after your departure
2. Towels do not need to be washed; we will wash after your departure.
3. Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc. will be done after your departure
4. It is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes used
5. It is your responsibility to pick up trash, bottles, and other garbage and place in trash bags for disposal. The bags should be placed on the back deck when you leave.

 No smoking inside the house. Smoking will result in an automatic $400.00 house fee for additional clean up. Smoking is permitted on the front porch and back deck/gazebo.

 Pets are allowed with a $500.00 refundable deposit. Any damages caused by pets will be charged to your credit card. If no damage, the entire $500.00 deposit will be refunded to your credit card upon checkout.

 The maximum occupancy for the guesthouse is 10 people. Events and any other private functions cannot be held at the guesthouse per Red Wing city ordinance.There is a 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Red Wing noise ordinance. You are in a residential neighborhood. Please respect your neighbors’ rights to peace and quiet. The Red Wing Police Department will respond to disorderly/noise issues and any charges for their response will be billed to you.

Damages to furniture, fixtures, and home physical structures will be billed to your credit card.Theft of any items will result in an automatic charge to your credit card for the item/items taken.

Check in is between 3 PM and 6PM and checkout is at noon. Late departures will incur a minimum $100.00 fee. The owner’s, Chris and Mike, can be reached at 651-388-8145.
